1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member", "Player", or "User") and 778bd (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 778bd website located at https://778bd.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional programmes, and customer support facilities offered therein.

By creating an account on 778bd, accessing the platform, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the 778bd service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.3 Registration Requirements

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

• Corporate entities, associations, and organisations are not eligible to register as Members.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

778bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with its player protection and anti-money laundering obligations. Members may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of their account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to account closure.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their 778bd account credentials, including their username and password. 778bd strongly recommends that Members choose a unique, strong password and do not share their login details with any other person. Any activity carried out using a Member's account credentials is treated as having been authorised by the registered account holder.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 778bd immediately by contacting [email protected]. 778bd cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from a Member's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.2 Account Currency

All 778bd accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in BDT using the ৳ symbol. 778bd does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion, where applicable for international card payments, is handled by the relevant payment processor and is subject to their applicable exchange rates and fees.

3.3 Account Closure

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the 778bd support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 778bd reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its current fee schedule, following prior written notice to the Member's registered email address. Members are encouraged to log in periodically to maintain account activity.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Processing

778bd accepts deposits via the following Bangladesh mobile financial services and payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Member's 778bd balance within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation. Card deposit processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to the Member's verified account tier and current platform limits.
• 778bd does not charge deposit processing fees. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are the Member's responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to review by the 778bd payments team. Standard withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets are processed within two (2) hours of approval during normal operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard processing hours will be queued for the next available processing window.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit or a verified method linked to the Member's account.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending completion of KYC verification or resolution of an active security review.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

778bd is firmly committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the platform are monitored for suspicious patterns. 778bd cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crimes. Any Member found to be using 778bd for money laundering or related activities will be immediately and permanently banned, and all relevant information will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 778bd are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the corresponding promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for the scope of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion, all bonus funds awarded by 778bd are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the sum of the deposit and bonus amount, as specified per promotion. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

778bd reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. 5.4 Promotional Changes

778bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Seasonal promotions linked to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh are subject to their own specific terms and are available for a limited time only.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Availability

6.4 Maximum Winnings

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 778bd platform — including but not limited to the 778bd brand name, logo, website design, graphic assets, game content, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 778bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 778bd platform solely for their personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not extend to any form of reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any 778bd content.

The 778bd brand name and logo may not be used in any context — including on social media, websites, or marketing materials — without the express prior written consent of 778bd. Unauthorised use of 778bd intellectual property will be subject to legal action.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

In particular, 778bd accepts no liability for:

• Interruptions to service caused by internet connectivity issues, mobile network outages, or device failures on the Member's side.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a Member's failure to secure their credentials.
• The outcome of any bet, wager, or game result — gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and past results do not guarantee future performance.
• Temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseeable technical events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 778bd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12.2 Termination by 778bd

778bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at any time and without prior notice if, in its sole discretion, the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the integrity of the platform or the interests of other Members.

12.3 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of this document and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific terms of any active promotions, constitute the entire agreement between the Member and 778bd with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
